HBT and DHBT concrete trailer pump brief introduction:
The HBT and DHBT Concrete Trailer Pump are concrete transport machines, which are widely used for the construction works in city construction, bridge construction, electric power and other energy source facilities and so on. The machines adopt world-level advanced technologies such as open hydraulic loop, distributing valve auto-compensation clearance, constant power control, all-hydraulic automatic reverse and electric proportional control. DASION has carried out in-depth and meticulous studies and experiments in many aspects like the self-lubrication of concrete pistons, which can fully meet the various needs of all customers. All trailer pumps are assembled through streamlined production. DASION strictly controls all the machining processes and the assembly quality, giving final test to every trailer pump through simulated working conditions and overload experiments to ensure zero-fault in customers’ first operation.
DHBT adopt diesel engine for power source, which is different with HBT adopt electric motor.

HBT and DHBT Concrete Pump Trailer Features and advantages:
1. High efficient hydraulic system with new high-speed commutation mode, which makes the pump commutation efficiency increase 12%.
2. Large displacement pumping system makes the suction efficiency increased by 6%, to meet the needs of a variety of working conditions.
3. Overall hydraulic reversing open system has the advantage of high cleanliness of hydraulic oil, low oil temperature and small impact on commutation.
4. Master cylinder seal adopts waterproof technology, which can effectively prevent water from entering the hydraulic system, to prevent hydraulic oil emulsification.
5. Advanced S tube valve enjoys the advantages of good sealing, while quick-wear parts are economic and durable, easy to replace.
